Room'S Chez Beni - Grachen

The hotel had a great location, being convenient for the Europaweg trail. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, with private bathrooms. The owners were hospitable and flexible, allowing early check-in if the room was available. The breakfast was generous with coffee and tea available anytime. The hotel had a beautiful mountain view from the balcony and a good energy vibe.

Noisy neighbors on the same floor were a bit of an issue, keeping us awake with their late-night talking and door banging.

The attention to detail at this hotel was evident, with a great deal of thought and care put into the design and decor. The use of local wood added a charming touch to the rooms, and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of delicious and healthy options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect with beautiful views of the street and mountains from the balcony.

Getting in touch with the staff was a bit difficult, and there seemed to be a lack of communication systems in place. It took a while for someone to answer the front door bell, and I had trouble obtaining the WiFi password and checking out.

The breakfast was exceptional and the owner even took my suggestion for improvement by providing a bathrobe. The energy in the hotel is great, with beautiful woodwork throughout. The mountain view from the balcony was jaw-dropping. The owners were kind and helpful, and we only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the trek and other amenities offered by the hotel. The location is perfect for the Europaweg trail and the room had everything we needed. our stay at this hotel was mind-blowingly amazing!
